Gill Croft is a seasoned practitioner of Acupuncture, Shiatsu, Reiki, Chi Gong, and Tuina. And trainer of all these healing modalities,since the early 90's.
Having greatly benefited from regular Shiatsu sessions, and Thai Chi training in Japan during her 6 months stay in Tokyo in 1987, Gill sought to follow and train herself.
Upon her return to the UK in 1989, she joined a 3 year degree course in Shiatsu with ESS, the European Shiatsu School tutored by Chris Jarmay, Michael Rose, Julie McBridie, Tim Mulvagh, Anna Blackmore.
Having qualified in 1993 Gill was invited onto the teaching team. She taught throughout the UK, Europe and later in India and Sri Lanka over the following 30 years. And more recently for ESS Canarian branch.

An ancient Chinese practice for health and wellness that combines slow, flowing movements, deep rhythmic breathing, and focused intention to cultivatte and balance chi (life energy). Often describes as 'moving medititation,' it improves circulation, reduces stress, and strengthens the body, with roots in martial arts, philosophy, and traditional medicine.
The session usually takes 60 minutes.

A branch of Chinese medicine that is physical manipulation similar to Western Physio type techniques using techniques like kneading, rolling, and pressing to balance the body's energy (qi) along meridians. It treats muscoloskeletal pain (back pain, arthritis) and internal issues (stress, digestions) etc., often performed while the patient is fully clothed. Often times combined with acupuncture.
The treatment usually takes 60 minutes.

A Japanese, non -invasive enegry healing technique developed by Mikao Usui in the early 20th century, where practitioners use light touch or hover their hands above a fully clothed recipient to guide 'universal life force energy' (Chi). It aims to reduce stress, promote deep relaxation, and support emotional or physical well-being by balancing energy fields. It can also be combined with other modalities.
The treatment usually takes 60 minutes.
